This Privacy Policy explains how Notebook Gymbros ("we", "us") handles information when you use our marketing website and join our waitlist. The mobile app will publish an updated policy at public store release.

• Waitlist email — the address you submit to be notified about launch.
• Language preference — English or Norwegian, if you select one.
• Technical data — basic request metadata such as user agent, collected to prevent abuse.

How we use information

• To email you about product launch and related access updates.
• To understand waitlist interest by language preference.
• To protect the waitlist form from spam and abuse.

Legal basis

Where applicable (including GDPR), we process waitlist emails based on your consent when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent by emailing us to request removal.

Storage and retention

Waitlist data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) under project notebook-gymbros. We keep your email until launch notifications are complete or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Sharing

We do not sell your email. We use infrastructure providers (hosting and database) solely to operate the waitlist. They process data on our instructions.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist data. Contact hello@notebookgymbros.com.

Children

The waitlist is not directed at children under 16. Do not submit an email if you are under that age.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
